Vietnamese version below: We came here for the herbal bath (tắm nước lá dao) and then decided to try the massage as well. I honestly don’t understand the many glowing reviews. Aside from the obviously fake ones, I’m not sure if the rest have actually experienced a real good massage anywhere else. I was here with two friends, and here’s our experience: 1. Cold herbal bath water Out of three tubs, one had cold water. Did the staff check the temperature at all? Or was the water reused from the previous guest? I can’t say for sure, but either way, it should not happen. 2. Massage with long gel nails The staff who massaged me had long gel nails. Every time she pressed down, I could feel her nails digging into my skin — very uncomfortable. The pressure was also too light. I asked her to increase it, but I don’t think she could because of her nails. This is the first time I've ever seen a massage therapist with long nails. It might be fine for other jobs, but it is absolutely not appropriate for this line of work. I still tipped her out of courtesy. 3. Smelly armpit from another staff My friend suffered through her entire head massage because her therapist had extremely smelly armpits. That is unacceptable in any spa environment. 4. Dirty blanket My blanket was dirty — not “a little dusty” dirty, but so dirty I felt itchy the moment it touched my feet. I’ve lived in Vietnam for two years and visited countless spas, sometimes weekly. I know very well that not all spas change their towels and blankets consistently. But this was on another level. I asked for a new blanket immediately and the staff brought one without saying a word. The second one was acceptable. 5. The owner’s dismissive attitude This part shocked me the most. – When I mentioned the gel nails, he said: “Please understand for us, she’s young.” Being young is not an excuse for poor hygiene and improper standards. – When my friend talked about the cold herbal bath, he said: “I’ll tell the staff to pay attention next time.” – And when I brought up the dirty blanket, he said: “We change blankets every DAY.” He emphasized “every day,” not after every guest. I told him directly: “You are supposed to change after EACH guest. And I guaranteed that the blanket I had wasn't been washed for a long time". He went silent and had nothing else to say. With this level of service and the owner’s dismissive response, I will not come back and cannot recommend this place to anyone. ----- Mình và 2 người bạn đến đây tắm nước lá dao và làm massage. Nhân viên có kiểm tra nhiệt độ không, hay là nước còn sót của khách trước? – Nhân viên massage cho mình để móng gel dài, bấm đến đâu là mình cảm giác móng chạm da đến đó, rất khó chịu. Yêu cầu tăng lực nhưng có lẽ chị ấy không làm được vì móng quá dài. – Bạn mình thì bị massage bởi nhân viên nách có mùi, chịu đựng nguyên buổi. – Chăn cực bẩn, vừa đắp vào là mình ngứa ngay. Mình yêu cầu đổi chăn khác thì mới ổn hơn. Khi phản ánh với chủ: – Về móng dài, chủ chỉ nói “em đó còn trẻ, thông cảm”. – Về bồn nước lạnh thì chỉ xin lỗi cho có. – Về chăn bẩn, chủ nói “chúng tôi thay chăn mỗi ngày”. Mình phải nhắc lại rằng phải thay sau mỗi khách, chứ không phải mỗi ngày. Sau đó chủ im lặng, không nói thêm. Với chất lượng dịch vụ như vậy và thái độ thiếu chuyên nghiệp từ chủ quán, mình sẽ không quay lại
